DSC08143Hope you’ve enjoyed this series of Thursday — and one Friday — posts.  I must thank Christina of Soul Aperture for giving me the challenge to post on behalf of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, especially since I actually learned something in the process.

And I’d also like to give a nod to Park Seed/Wayside Gardens, whose trial gardens were the site where four of the pink Thursday photos were taken, since the Victory Garden had absolutely no pink in it, being more oriented toward the primary colors.  I saw some gorgeous inspiration on a day trip to these famous South Carolina trial gardens, should I decide to go for more pink in the garden next season.

If you missed any of the Thursday posts this month, I’ve linked to them all here:

What a gorgeous shot! A lovely image to end the pink series on. It would be lovely if there was as beautiful an ending to breast cancer as well.

    Great composition!

I just love that shot … the photographer that has not problems getting up close and personal with the planet to get the shot is worthy of the greatest respect when they get shots like that. :)
