This is a wonderful reminder – and sometimes it is that the dream (our bloom) is not going to take the form we want… and it will be that much more beautiful when it is our time.
So what of those people who don’t take the risk to fulfill their dream – it is not a “not yet” but a letting go.

Teresa, I think that you have pointed out an important part of the picture!

I have dreams that are still alive now, over 30 years after I first recognized them in my heart. But many of my “dreams” turned out to be nothing more than temporary urges, wishes of the moment, or fantasies inspired by the culture’s non-stop commercial. All of them flitting by faster than butterflies, on their way to someone else perhaps…

I’m so glad for you, dear One. You are already expressing yourself beautifully! It is so important to follow your intuition and act on the dreams of your heart. Nature will always be a part of my life dreams, as well.

As for me being “angelic,” well, now I’m blushing because no, that’s not true. I have a dark side like every human being, and I spent many years subsumed in it. We are all potential angels to one another, though, if we practice kindness…

Lovely post, Meredith. I’ve had dreams come true and then dissipate only to be replaced by new ones. Someone I admire greatly suggested to me that I do everything within my power to make the true dreams, the ones that never go away, a reality. It can be a tough road to follow, but the rewards out distance the obstacles and make life joyful.
